A women can lose a fetus any time during the pregnancy for various reasons ., is the State of Iowa going to investigate each loss of baby after 6 weeks. The State of Iowa only cares about the unborn child. What about the nursing homes , they do not care. or they would fix the problems of patients dying because of lack of care.
